Securely pack the unused items in their original professional packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and accessories are included to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
